Orkney Rd

This beautiful '60s house revamp was an absolute pleasure to work on. This house was given a modern makeover. The interior has been brought up to date with attention to detail, resulting in a subtle elegant decor. This project included replacing the windows and doors with modern double-glazed joinery, rebuilding the ground level creating a quaint self-contained living space, creating feature walls, bedroom extension and giving the entire house a cosmetic makeover.

Palm Springs

This house is a simple but classy twin gable design. 195m2, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & 2 Lounges. We wanted to create a cost-effective impactful road frontage look, so we opted to clad the garage gable with cedar weatherboard and wrapped it into the front entry. This resulted in a stunning rustic contrast to the concrete block on the lounge wall. The kitchen and living spaces are open plan and they flow outside through a large sliding stacker door, this achieved an outdoor feel inside.

This was a very challenging but satisfying project. We relocated a classic 70s Beazley House and completely transformed it. This 80m2, 3-bedroom, single-bathroom house was converted into a 120m2, 3-bedroom open plan house with an ensuite and attached single garage. The sloping section was levelled out and retained to accommodate the new building.
